Iraq's oil exports hit a postwar high of an average 1.619 million barrels per day (bpd) in April, Oil Minister Hashem Al Hashemi said.
That brought about $3 billion of much needed revenue into the state budget, he added, saying it was the highest export level seen since 2002.
