The Iraqi Council of Representatives today demanded the Ministry of Oil to resolve the problem of scarcity and quality of fuel in Diyala province, assuring that the citizens are queuing at the distribution stations of fuel amid the extremely high temperatures.
MP Mouhammed al-Khalidi said in an official statement issued today: "The Oil Ministry must move and work to put an end to the suffering of the citizens and find a solution for this problem through the construction of new plants for fuel and provide them with better quality of fuel.
"Poor quality of fuel can cause significant damage to vehicles in addition to environmental damage."
