The MP for Al-Mowaten Mass, which was part of the National Alliance, Abdul-Hussein Abtan, criticized the way of distribution money which is hoped that the supplementary approval will be issued within a few days in the House, noting that the budget was rejected by the majority of the members of the House of Representatives.
Abtan said on Sunday that "the amount of the supplementary budget is nine trillion Iraqi dinars allocated them seven and a half trillion dinars to the operating budget and one and a half to the investment budget, and this distribution is incorrect and useless, because the country needs service projects."
