Salim al-Musilmawi, the former Governor of Babel province and also the member of Babel Provincial Council has stressed that 2012 budget of the province was not adequate.
He told that the total money that were to Babel province within 2012 budget, which is IQD 400 billion, did not cover up the financial operating cost of the projects, noting that in spite of the percentage of the expenses reached 75% but there is still need for extra moneys to cover the rest of the vital projects.
