Jawad al-Hasnawi of the Services and Construction Committee criticized the processes taken by the Government of Iraq concerning preparing the statements of the strategic projects.
Hasnawi told all the media reporters that there are some drawbacks in the administrative sections, some flaws in their capacities at the governorates and ministries in field of preparing the projects’ statements about the designation and implementation, where they find lack of professional and technical expertise in this respect that take it to the delay of implementing the projects in their time limit.
The investment and service sector in Iraq needs making use of the world class consultancy offices in putting the projects into practice, he added.
Hasnawi indicated that the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs delays granting the approvals to bring foreign workers, counselors and offer them accommodation.
