Abdul Hussien Resan, who is the member of the Economic and Investment Parliamentary Committee, criticized the performance of the Ministry of Trade blaming it of being failed in supplying the Ration Card foodstuffs by working away from the parliament.
Abdul Hussien stated to the Iraqi media that there disputes within the Ministry over who holds the responsibility of making the decision concerning the Ration Card.
He also added that the Trade Ministry has taken tasks while at present most of its efforts devoted to the issue of the Ration Card.
Abdul also concluded that there are so many matters within the Ministry like the corruption cases, the expired materials stored in the storages of the Ministry and the holdup of the Ration Card for about 5 to 6 months.
