Cabinet authorizes the Ministry of Trade to negotiate with Singapore

The Ministry of Trade announced that the Secretariat of the Cabinet authorized the Minister of Trade, Dr. Abd-ul-Flalah Hassan Assudani, to negotiating with Singapore to study the proposed convention for the development of economic relations between the two countries.
A source in the ministry said in a press statement today: "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposed sending a delegation to Singapore to discuss relations between the two countries, after the ministries related to the subject had shown the nature of action taken and coping mechanisms between the two sides." He added: "The Ministry of Trade is negotiating with the Singaporean side on the draft convention in line with the proposed authorization from the Secretariat of the Cabinet, which is in the process of setting up mechanisms for the Convention and the nature of paragraphs to work according to, and to serve new prospects for the development of relations between the two countries and enhancing them. The source continued: "The Ministry of Trade has prepared a study of the activation of joint relations with many countries of the world in the economic field."
