Stating that "the rates of decline in the second week of August, formed the basis reason for these downward trends ", while totals commodity prices returned , according to the report, to rise in the third week, saying that the result was "logical because the second week of the month, was the last week before the start of salary and wages distribution in the Territory government – the period of distribution salaries extends from the middle of the month to the end of it- thus lower volume of incomes for family purchase in the market. "
The indicator of inflation decline in the consumer price tables (CPI), doesn't represent less than 1%, as general trend of decline, as it is required to exceed the rate of decline of 1% for a period not less than six months, to be recorded as general decline.
