Iraqi proposal to reduce the compensation deductions to Kuwait

Kuwait had promised Iraq to study a proposal submitted by Baghdad recently, provides for reducing the damage deductions from 5 percent to 1 percent. He noted that it had been addressed to the files involved in the relationship of Iraq - Kuwait, "which we are working hard to promote it day by day, especially, we see clearly the political will for mutual development and strengthening the relationship between the two countries.
