" He added that the Strategic Board approved also on "project to support the Ministry of Human Rights in the area of excavation of mass graves and identification of missing persons, with more than 900 thousand dollars funded by the United Nations Fund for Iraq 's reconstruction and for the benefit of the Ministry of Human Rights." He said the strategic board "approved on a project to raise the level of sustained socio-economic integration of the Iraqi returnees through a program of human security and stability of $ 5 million implemented by the International Organization for Migration and funded by the German Government on behalf of the Ministry of Displacement and Migration," in addition to the "Confirmation of health improvement services in the marsh area at more than one million and 500 thousand dollars funded by the United Nations Fund for Population on behalf of the Ministry of Health. " He added that the Board adopted "three memorandums of understanding included, the draft memorandum of understanding for developing the Ministry of Water Resources, which aims to develop capacity and increase the possibility of vocational training through technical support and collecting information for channel (42) in al-Taji area, with a cost of more than 96 thousand dollars." He added: "it has been adopted another memorandum of understanding between the development project and the Ministry of Water Resources aims to develop capacity and increase the possibility of vocational training faculty and technical support through the purchase of equipment for vocational training centers with more than 49 thousand dollars, as well as the adoption of a memorandum of understanding between the development project and the Ministry of Human Rights that aims to develop capacity and increase the possibility of vocational training through technical support and buying the needed devices for the computers training laboratory, with cost 70 thousand dollars. " Baban noted to the goal of approving such projects is to "accelerate the reconstruction of Iraq and the advancement of social, economic and service situation of the Iraqi society."
