Iraq has signed a bilateral agreement with the Republic of Tunisia, to settle Iraq's with Tunisia. An official source at the Finance Ministry stated to the press on Monday, said that under this settlement, the claims of Tunisia to urge Iraq for cash payment will be cancelled. The source noted that the terms of this Convention are similar to the present net value of the agreed terms with Paris Club countries and those conditions that have already fully implemented and included the abolition of 80% of Iraq's debts and the remaining will be repaid over 23 years.
