The Iraqi cabinet ordered all ministries and state institutions to resume executing projects that have been stopped for security reasons, according to a cabinet release.
“The order is meant to minimize time loss and to achieve interests,” said the release that was received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“It is due to the security improvement throughout Iraq,” it added.
