MP clears government’s stand in helping out poor flood affected people in Iraq

MP, Mufeed al-Baldawi, of the Iraqi National Alliance has provided assurance to the government’s seriousness in compensating the affected persons due to the flood which occurred recently.

In a recent statement, he told, “The floods happened in some southern provinces have damaged the fields and orchards, but the government and all the formed committees from the ministries are working hard to compensate the affected persons.”
He also added that the visit of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to Wasit is the clear prove on government stance to help out the flood affect people and restore them into the normal life as soon as possible. He remarked that all formed authorities, in this regard, are just working perfectly. The disaster management has been done effectively as claimed by MP, Mufeed al-Baldawi.
