Iraq awarded new project to Gebr Pfeiffer

Gebr Pfeiffer SE has received another order from China-based Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co Ltd for an MPS 5000 B for cement raw material grinding mill for a project located in the region of Sulaymaniya in Kurdistan, Iraq.
Design with a capacity of 500tph at a product fineness of 10 per cent R80µm, the vertical roller mill is equipped with a 4000kW gear unit.
In addition to supplying the core components of the grinding plant, the order includes engineering services to enable the local manufacture of mill components and the supervision of manufacture at Chinese workshops.
