In a press meeting he told, that "the negligence of the Iraqi industrial environment and the lack of the government's intention to develop the local industrial sector and the instability of the security situation led the foreign and local investors to escape to a more stable environment." He stressed that "the foreign capital is coward and warned of dangerous areas, which push foreign investors to the safe areas for fear of losing their money." He called on ministries and service organizations to support industrial projects of the private sector and provide industrial zones to attract foreign investors and to promote the Iraqi industry and reduce external import. | ||
