Iraqi gas and oil pipeline sets on large fire

A source in the North Oil Company said that the lines of crude oil tanker near the Baiji refinery were targeted, west of Kirkuk.
The source illustrated, "The fire in the complex lines located near Fatha near Baiji refinery , and clouds of smoke and flames covered the sky today, but the investigation is going to find out the cause came out by an act of sabotage by detonate explosive devices or by targeting of missiles."
He said the fire occurred in the secondary lines of crude oil from the North Oil Company refineries to the north, in addition to targeting by an improvised explosive device carrier gas line connects the Baiji refinery to Haditha.
The source noted that oil spots covered waters of the Tigris, force a number of residents to burn the spot of oil in the water in anticipation of the arrival of pollution to their areas south of Samarra, Baiji, indicating that firefighter teams are trying to put out the fire after stopping the pumping.
He noted that pumping oil from the Kirkuk oilfields to the Turkish port of Ceyhan have been frozen for more than 45 days and did not resume.
