Liberating Mosul is Iraq’s top priority

The Foreign Minister, Ibrahim Al-Jaafary assured that liberating Mosul city from the control of the terrorists affiliated to what is so called the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant is a basic goal among the priorities of the Federal Government.
