Low oil cost leads to energy inflection point

In spite of Middle East crisis and Russian turmoil, world oil prices are plummeting. We’ll look at why and what it means for rising clean energy.
Oil prices worldwide are plummeting. The US benchmark price down nearly 25 percent since June and it went below $90 a barrel this month for the first time in a long time.
One may think oil would be going the other way. It’s rough on Russia, Iran, Iraq and Venezuela. If the tensions go further, people would opt for alternate energy sources, like solar power, wind power, etc.
