Government complex in Tikrit liberated by Iraq’s security forces

According to a security source, the security forces of Iraq and volunteers have liberated the building of Salah-il-Din Provincial Council in central Tikrit city.
The source mentioned, "The ISF and volunteers entered the governmental complex located at the Presidential Palaces and raised the Iraqi flag over the building."
