Council of Ministers of Iraq approves extra cost for digging 23 wells in Qurna

Recommendation of the Economic Ministerial Committee has been approved by the Council of Ministers over the extra cost to dig and construct 23 oil wells in West Qurna area to be done by the South Oil Company and Likoil Russian Company.
