Russian FM says: Airstrikes not enough, defeating ISIL needs ground campaign in Iraq, Syria

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said o Friday evening that “the airstrikes are not enough to end ISIL presence in Iraq and Syria but defeating ISIL group requires a ground campaign .”
