ISIL attack on Iraq’s Diyala condemned by Madrid

The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the ISIL attack on Bani Saad district, southwest of Baqubah city when the car bomb targeted the market on Friday evening, killing more than 100 citizens and wounding 146 others.
The ministry added, “Madrid adheres to cooperation with the international world to combat terrorism in all its forms.”
The statement concluded that these savage actions should not pass without punishment.
