The added during their meeting with the Minister of Industry and minerals Usama Abdul Aziz Al Najafi that the private sector in Iraq is witnessing nowadays a great deterioration for many reasons like difficulty in operating the factories because of the power shortage and the fuel high price in the black market, and the workers high pay rate besides the fact that the workers need time for training and gaining experience and difficulty of finding continuous replacement clarifying that this was the reason behind the high rate workers asking for to be equal to other sectors payments. This will cause a high doubling costs as the Iraqi industrials see. About this problem the Minister of industry cleared that the ministry have demanded from the ministers cabinet to give the support for the local industry but in a different way than the government role in the previous decades. The state was supporting the products and it was itself the consumer. It is possible to find customs rules which impose some tariffs on merchandise especially the ones that supported from its origin to be parallel to the local products prices, as well as giving the financial support to the small and medium industries that will be the seeds of the large industries.
