The oil expert Halim Kazim, Praised the idea of the joint investment of the oil fields and set a third country, as a median for the distribution of production quotas for the common fields, and described it as a very good idea.
The expert said to the (Agency news) on Monday: that the initiatives of the neighboring countries to cooperate with Iraq in order to invest joint oil fields and the development of a third country "as an international court" is a good initiative to distribute the share of each of the production of common fields, and will reflect positively on the increase of oil exports.
He added that the contracts concluded by the Ministry of Oil with Kuwait, Iran and Saudi Arabia, transparent contracts and fair and has written professionally for the benefit of Iraq, noting that the development of a third country to be an international court will ensure that the division of shares of the oil fields shared fairly among nations.
