The Oil Ministry announced on Thursday that it will pay 4 billion dinars as compensations to its employees, who were damaged during military operations.
"Oil Minister Abdulkarim al-Laiebi had formed a committee regarding those damaged as a result of military operations in the country," the official spokesperson of the ministry, Essam Jihad said.
"The committee finalized 1029 cases in accordance with Article 20 of the Law to compensate those working in the oil sector and damaged as a result of military and terrorism operations," he added.
