Iraq signed contracts with Oren Hydrocarbons Middle East Inc. for the construction of the country’s first drilling fluids plant, the director general of Iraq’s Free Zones Committee said.
The facility will be built in Khor al-Zubair in southern Iraq, Sabah al-Qaisi said by phone from Baghdad today.
