The General Company of Railways contracted with a specialized Chinese company in the rail industry for purchasing ten developed trains to enhance the role of the railway sector.
A spokesman of the railway company, Jawad al-Khersan said in an interview with "Radio Sawa" The first batch of trains will reach the country early next year whereas Baghdad will receive the second installment in the years 1014 and 2015.
Al-Khersan urged citizens, businesses of government and private as well as business travel and freight trains across the railroad trains that will reach to a number of countries in the world.
The General Company of Railways has recently launched an electronic program to control the train to protect them.
