Najaf, The Chairman of Najaf Investment Commission, Wafi- al-Bahash, announced recently that the commission is looking for putting an end to the housing crisis in the province by allowing as many as possible of investment licenses for the firms specialized in constructing housing complexes.
The chairman of the commission stated on Tuesday that the commission granted 38 licenses in housing sector, which would provide near about 54,000 housing units with cost of USD four billion, focusing on the point that the commission will arrange strict procedures against any company infringes the terms agreed upon.
The statement brought out the point that the people of the province believe that the prices do not meet their anticipations and only rich people are able to afford these types of housing units.
