Description

Al-shark Cooling Storehouses have been established in 1994. The storehouses located in Ewarij industrial area, 28 Km away from Baghdad, the city center. The location is next to purchasing and marketing center,(Alwat-el-Rasheed) in Dourah. The location of the sroehouses is far about 30 km from the other trading area center (Jamillah).
The site is lied on area of 12500 square meter, surrounded by fence. The site contain a loader-truck 2 tons cap., transformer 450 KVA, is fed from national net, genrator 125 KVA. The site a special staff of guards, maintenance engineer, maintenance workers, a driver. Supervision is achieved by a doctor having PhD from USA, Prof. ay the university of Baghdad, specialist in food presevation.

The storehouses have various of storage capacity, as follows:

1. Frozen storehouse NO.1
Frozen storage cap. -15C° to -20C° , with an area of 55 square meter, hight 2.4m.

2. Frozen storehouse No.2
Frozen storage cap. -15C° to -20C°, with an area of 16 square meter, hight 2.4m.

3. Cooling storehouse No.1
Is a hall with an area of 200 square meter, hight 3.5m. It fits for storing 250 tons of potatos, as an example, Storage cap. Will be less with other light kinds. Max. degree for cooling is zero.

4. Cooling storehouse No.2
Is a hall with an area of 120 square meter, hight 3m. Storage cap. for potatos 120 tons. max heat degree is zero.

5. Cooling storehouse No.3
This hall is with an area of 250 square meter. Hight 4.5m. The area is quite enough to store 320 tons of potatos, as an example.
