Dear Sir/Madam, Felsom Middle East is associated with an Italian based company renowned for manufacturing submersible pumps & Motors. The company has acquired enviable repute for making quality products after long years of research and development. We are specialised and having years and years of experience in the manufacturing of submersible pumps & Motors. We have modern technology, technical expertise and geographical study. Felsom 6”motor FME6 have been designed and produced according to market requirements. In design and material selection all efforts are made to offer a product to our customers whom stand for; reliability, excellent quality, long and trouble free life. The winding is made of pure electrolytic copper, stator of low loss magnetic sheet, rotors are dynamically balanced for smooth and vibration free running, and shaft is oversized to assure stiffness. The other 6”model “FX6” pump is made of cast iron impellers and diffusers. This pump was developed keeping in mind the tough conditions of the region therefore it can be used in saline water and sandy wells. It has flow rate from14 till 39 m3/hr and head from 14 till 340 meters. Felsom FX8 is 8” pump with 6” coupling till 60 HP & 8” coupling till 100 HP for large discharge in various applications. This is semi- axial type with 5” Gas. The new design concept has made easier the assembling of pump keeping in mind the strength and reliability of traditional cast iron pumps. These new approaches ensure easy maintenance. Felsom Launched a newly designed floating impeller type of FP4 model, this new designed ‘FP4’ pump is totally a revolutionaryconcept in pump industry and has solved many problems of our customers. The new pump FP4 is made of solid components for long life of the pumping system. Impellers are floating type and made of Fibre Glass, while diffuser is 50% Fibre Glass and 50% Steel, all otherparts of the pump are made in Steel AISI 304. The new patented design of floating impellers have advantage of low axial thrust and hence it prolongs the life of the motor .It has also shown a good performance in sandy wells. The external jacket / tubeis made of AISI304 with wall thickness of1,5mm , Top discharge head with built in valve ,Suction Piece and screen is completelymade in AISI304.The shaftused in this pump is AISI304 andhexagonaltype while the bearingsleeves are new material of ceramics .The diffuser casing in new FP4 is ofsteel , reinforced with diffuser’s steel plates and when pump is assembledthe bowel assemblytightnessload is diverted to onlysteel parts, In this way all plastic partsare completelyfree fromtorque load . Besides, FP4our 6” pump AP6with Noryl impeller & diffuser offer a low cost economic pump for drinking, agriculture and booster application. It has capacity from 3 till 66 m3/hr and head from 4 till 700 meter.
