The Media director in the Ministry said that Al-Mansur Company for Contracts is implementing a complex in Sabaa Abkar area in Baghdad. The complex includes 288 residential units costing 7 billion dinars. The units are in two kinds differ in shape but with same area, the achievement is 16%. The company also continues working in Banja complex in Kirkuk to build 600 units costing 15.8 billion dinars. The director said that Al-Mansur Company also implements Al-Hadbaa complex in Nineveh to build 504 residential units costing 18 billion dinars. Al- Farooq Company is implementing Karbalaa complex which includes 432 units costing 8.8 billion dinars. It is mentioned that these complexes are part of Ministry of Construction and Housing plan for solving the housing crisis.
