The general director of the Bank (Mr. Mohammed Al-Khafajy) said that this sum will be allocated to lend farmers in all over the country. The Ministry decided to give 1–3 million Iraqi dinars to every farmer under special conditions and regulations. In the beginning Ministry of Agriculture allocated an amount to farmers in the south then included all governorates.
