The general director of Sewerage Department in the Ministry (Mr. Thannon Hasan Ahmed) announced that the projects were achieved in Karbala'a, Anbar, Meesan, Basrah, Baghdad, Diyala, Salah Al-Deen, Ta'ameem, Wasset, Babylon, Al-Qadiseyah, Najaf, and Thi-Qar included constructing new nets for sewerage, buildings to Sewerage Departments in governorates and their districts, constructing new stations of purification, rehabilitating nets and old pipes, and building new stations of sewerage. He declared that the Ministry is going to raise the level of Municipality services through implementing these projects. The rates of achieving are 50-100%.
