The general director of Department of Water in the Ministry (Mr. Mahmood Ali Ahmed) said that the projects are distributed between Basrah, Baghdad, Nineveh, Babylon, Al-Qadsiyah, Salah Al-Deen, Anbar, Al-Muthanna, Ta'ameem, Deiyalah, Wassett, Najaf, Karbala'a, Missan, and Thi-Qar. The work included implementing new water projects, finishing the rounded projects of last year plan, rehabilitating and extending new water nets and supplying and installing water unites in the governorates, their provinces and districts. As well as providing maintenance necessities for water projects, construct new buildings to water subsidiaries in provinces and districts, construct new treasurers.
