The general director (Mr. Muhsin Taher) said that the achievement rate is 60% for center in Baghdad and 10% in Nineveh. He added that the Ministry plans to train and prepare staffs of engineering, technical, management, languages, science, and computers. It is mentioned that the Ministry, through the General Inspector Bureau, will train some financial, legal, and supervision staffs to modern techniques in Egypt.
