In an expanded meeting held at the ministry's headquarters, attended by Dr. Bayan Jabur Solagh the member of the high committee for reconstructing Iraq at the Ministers Council and directors of the engineering departments at the Iraqi universities and institutes, the committee allocated the 1st donation for education as an indication for the government's support for teaching institutes.
