During a press conference, Dr. Aziz said that starting from the next week a conversation will be opened with several Iraqi ministries to specify their cadres and personals who will loan from the fund because the sum of the loan is very limited, referring that many priorities for loaning would be put, as well as several lists will be distributed which are now under preparation, pointing out that these lists have three colors, each one specified for each northern, southern and middle districts, as well as these lists have serial numbers to avoid forgery. She added that process of receiving loan would be guaranteed by the salary and the office, referring that the loan is done under certain contract through which the period of paying will be specified to according to it, furthermore, the profits ration on loans will be itemized too. She clarified that the area of the land must not be less than 200 square meters, referring that the fund capital would not fulfill citizens' need now, confirming that efforts are exerting now to increase the capital and the ration of percentages among provinces have been distributed according to the population volume of each province.
