An official source at the State Directorate of Electricity, Rusafa branch, that the technical and engineering staff have capable to accomplish the 1st stage of this project which including erecting rotated and interlocked columns, citing that these columns had been erected in the interior lanes, while the interlocked columns had been erected in the beginning and ending of the each lane. The source clarified that these used columns had been manufactured at the workshops affiliated to the ministry.
