Eng. Layla Abdul Lateef the minister of labor and social affairs said that implementation of these projects aims at social and economic promotion and attract more manpower besides supporting rural woman and finding income for families live in these rural sides distinguished with raw materials necessary for industries such as palm trees , livestock , and tomato particularly such regions complain existence of unemployment phenomenon .
