Handicapped association in cooperation with Iraqi Civilian Society Program had conducted a forum for handicapped people in which Engineer Mauwafak Al-Kafagi, chairman of association, urged on the importance of activating the role of handicapped and response to all their needs according to al international agreements. The forum had called to prepare regulations that help handicapped in their work and supply them with special equipments to offer them a respectable life.
