This came during a meeting held by Dr. Mahmood Shaker Khalef, the Chairman of the committee with Mr. Tat, the French Cultural Advisor at the French Embassy in Iraq. The Chairman of the committee said that a possibility to renovate an institute specialized in high technical studies to grant master and high diploma degrees in informational technology (IT) and Engineering Technology that connected structurally with Electricity Technology colleges has been discussed.
