The Ministry of Agriculture Undersecretary, Mahdi Dhumad al-Qaisi discussed on Tuesday with the Australian Ambassador in Iraq Lendl Sachs, the prospects of cooperation and relations between the Ministry of Agriculture and Australian counterpart.
With a statement, the Ministry of Agriculture remarked, "The technical Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Mahdi al-Qaisi discussed with the Australian ambassador in Iraq Lendl Sachs, the prospects of cooperation and relations between the Ministry of Agriculture and Australian counterpart.”
The statement further added that the two sides discussed during the meeting means of activating cooperation regarding the import of live animals and supporting companies entering the investment in the field of animal production and enhance mutual cooperation through the holding of a meeting of the Iraqi private sector companies, working in the field of animal production with their Australian counterparts with the presence of specialists in aspect of animal, working in the Iraqi Ministry of agriculture.
