Memorandum of Understanding Signed by Iraq and Indonesia

On this Thursday, a cooperation memorandum has been signed between Iraq and Indonesia in order to regulate energy and mineral resources of both the countries in a more organized manner.
Hussein al-Shahrestani, from the office of the Deputy Premier for Energy Affairs has reported that a memorandum has been signed between the Secretary of the Iraqi Oil Ministry, Fayyad Neama and the Indonesian Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Affairs, Mr. Soselo Wo Tomo.
The memorandum further has been illustrated as it will focus on exporting oil from Iraq at a rate of 35000 barrels per day. Hatara Jasa, Prime Minister of Indonesia expressed his interest to visit Iraq to delve further prospects between these two countries.
In this signing contract ceremony, Shahrestani reported to be taken part in discussions with Indonesian delegation to find out the different means of cooperation between the two countries.
